If you buy an OEM piston for a 99yz400f (part # 5GR-11631-00-00)

Does that include rings, circlips, and a wrist pin? or must you buy those seperate?

Thanks in advance.

All of those parts will be seperate unless you buy it in a kit.

Wiseco sells them in kits. Try the tt store and if not there, motosport. I think they are around 150-160 bucks. Its a good deal, but if your rebuilding that 99, make sure you check those valves to make sure they dont need replacement. I also think the kit may include gaskets. They do on the 2 stroke kits, but Im not sure about four strokes. I havent had to rebuild one.
