What is a tiger salamander? And do they growl?
here in Florida we have a skink, a very colorful critter ( salamander like) that makes my cats sick when they eat them, they puke purple!

Mudshark, I was thinking 130/100 thats the size dunlop I have been running, before that I tried a Michelin Baja in a 140/100 It did not last a thousand miles, way, way too soft and was very expensive you can almost buy two tera flex's for the price of one Michelin! I did get the most out of it though I did a big fat burn out after it was wore out you could almost see the air in the tube!

It'll fit. I like the 110's though, don't last quite as long as the wider ones but
work well off road.

Mudshark, I did not see a 130/100 or a 140/100- just the 110/100 and a 110/90 also a massive 150/100, I guess I need to send them an email inquiring about a 130 or 140!
The 150 looked like a truck tire it was huge!

This is the one I run, and will continue to do so as long as I own my bike. They offer very fast free shipping as well.

I have bought 2 from them and been very pleased

oh and btw....I was working on a window today at work and put my fist and arm right through it. Got some pretty good cuts on my right hand...chit happens

I got pretty lucky I guess, they glued and butterflied me together (I think they were too busy to stich me as I had to wait 2 hours bleeding and they were short Doctors and packed in ER) I never even saw a Doc' got taken care of by nurses, But the window looked much worse..lol

Dont think I will be riding for the next week...ha ha ha

Personally I like the Dunlop 606, you'll get at least a thousand dirt-worthy miles out of it
and they work great on road and dirt.
BRP's eat tires, I go through any other "regular" HT tires in about 6 to 700
miles. If you need to run full offroad style tires then you cant beat the 606
for life vs cost.
If you prefer to run DS style tires, then Kings are the best on the pig:
http://www.motorcycl...647&division=6#

These things will give you over 2000 miles... no other tire does that on a
pig.
I've heard folks claiming that they get 3000 plus miles out of a rear tire on a
Pig... I say BS. well, either that or they never go over 1/4 throttle.
The fact that we have concrete roads here in Texas does not help the situation
either. Cement is like a grindstone, that coupled with the Pigs appetite for tires...... :lame:

How many street miles does it take to wear them out ?

Im about do for a new rear tire and definately need a good off road tread.
The stock dunlops were great on the road but didnt bite to well in the dirt.

I live in Northern California.
-Santa Rosa, Sonoma County - Land of the Tiger Salamander, a small do nothing reptile/amphibian with a Lions hunger for endangered habitat land. Frickin Greenies keep us from building on our own land because it's endangered....sorry, another story.
