Does a 40 over piston make a 600 a 640?Also what is labor to rering and install piston?Thanks guys

A "40 over" piston refers to .040 inches overbore.

A 98mm piston yields 610cc, a 100mm XR600 piston yields 630cc, a 101mm piston yields 640cc, a 102cc piston yields 654cc with the xrsonly.com pistons.
