Looked around and found most with mods
Just wondering what the valve clearance is on a XR650R, with a stock cam
I have got anything from .12 to .08 for the exhaust alone, that is why I,m asking
suppose I could call the shop, but I like this site
thanks for any help

Use the specs in that article, they are spot on and also match what's in the service manual. Make sure to use a feeler gauge with the ends bent. I forget whether it was the intake or the exhaust, but it was difficult to get an accurate reading with a flat feeler.
