I have an '06 yz250f and i'm too fat for it. I was wondering if I found a skinny dude with an '06 450F if it would be so simple as just swapping our springs or if we'd need to swap everything. I went to search on this but it was disabled, and I clicked through a few pages and didn't see anything. Thanks.

The right spring rate is most of the story, but whether the stock springs for an '06 450 are the right ones for you is another matter. There is only about 10 pounds difference in the two bikes.

I'd check with a local suspension builder to see what the recommendation for your weight is.
