I have a WB E series exhaust, is it worth it to gut it and install a tip or replace it with a Pro Circuit or XRs only muffler? I will only be riding this bike in Baja or Nevada.

Your choice. The E-series is a straight through can. You can remove the discs and just run the turndown tip if you want it to be LOUD. Although I would try going to 12-18 discs before I just ran straight through. I don't know that you will get much benefit by just going straight through with no discs. A new pipe will look and sound different, but may gain you .2HP on the top end if you are lucky. The E-series pipe has always been a good pipe for overall power. Most pipes lose on the bottom and mid and gain only at the top.
