I have an '82 UK model that was thrashed for over 75,000 miles before I pulled it apart and heaved it up into the loft space over our bedroom. I keep looking at it, with a view to restoring it, but it is going to be a major task.
Your '83 model looks in such good condition, it would be a shame to spoil it too much!

I'd like to see a mint bike in a collection, but it is up to the owner.
