Would pretty much any set of rims fit my bike? Its just the outer rim, no spokes. They're all the same, right?

The width, spoke hole angle, # of spokes, could be different. Mike

the ad says the rims will fit an 01-06 YZ250. Will they also fit a 1999 YZ400F?
I thought all rims were pretty much the same.

Yes, they will fit. Honda uses some oddball spoke counts. Basically anything else will fit.

Honda is weird...back in the late 70's they put 23 inch front rims on the CR's. That didn't last very long...

I had one of the old xr's with the 23 inch front wheel. It actually worked ok. Very ugly, but performanc was ok for a 300lb dirtbike.
