I am looking for a stock red XR650L tank to replace the plastic aftermarket tank I have now. I am willing to trade if someone is interested also. I think the tank I have is the IMS but I don't know for sure. It's white and not in perfect shape but it looks ok. Looking for a red tank with shrouds in good shape so if any of you have upgraded to a larger tank and have the OEM collecting dust let me know. Thanks!

A new one costs over $500 at my Honda dealer.

Check ebay auction item 320016129056.

That was my tank and I sold it for $127.50. Plus Delivery.

In the last minutes of the auction the price usually jumps considerably. My tank went from $55 to $120 in the last few minutes.

I think $125 delivered might just be a pretty good deal.

125 shipped would be quite the rip off......ive seen them go for 50+30 shipping on ebay.....

I sold my tank, shrouds, cap on ebay all seperate & got $290. Minus shipping which was maybe $40 or so. If the tank is not dented, or dinged it's worth good money.

I know what tanks and shrouds are selling for, I have been looking for a little while. $125 is a fair price judging by what has sold on fleabay the last month or so. Besides, if you are not interested in selling me your tank, please stay out of this thread. You are doing nothing but trying to ruin a business transaction between 2 people!

Not looking to rip anyone off, getting rich off this stuff would be nice tho.

After shipping I'd have $100, any less than that it would be better to sell it with bike, if I ever did.

Selling to a fellow XR650L owner.

Do wish you had a black aftermarket tank, tho.

I agree!!! WR450 is the guy that said -- why's everyone picking on me--or something like that. IT"S BECAUSE OF YOUR CONSTENT BONE BRAIN REMARKS! So seriously, shut it or just plain stay away--for all our sakes!Didn't WR sell his XR. Either way! Seems he still doesn't mind sticking his comments in where they don't belong!!!

I'd give mine to you, if I hadn't already done so for a fellow TT'r!

Saw it already. It was relisted too(same buy-it-now price) but I want one with shrouds. Shrouds are like 70 bucks from Ron Ayers and it's rare to find shrouds without a tank on ebay or forum classifieds. I have been looking fellas, and 125 shipped for an excellent condition red tank with shrouds is a good deal. I bid on one last week that the final price was somewhere like $120 but the @ssclown seller had shipping was $55 for my Zip code from CA. $175 shipped and the tank was dented. White tanks can be had all day for less than 50 but I don't want white unfortunately. BTW, Rider, MO is in the mail, thanks a ton.
