should i remove this for more throttle response.. it says to on pc's jetting page but its there to keep foaming fuel to enter the jet.

There's no need/reason to remove it.

It won't give better throttle response... Removing it will help eliminate bogging on hard landings. Tokyomods removed mine and I have not had any issues with bogging on landings. They also changed the float height to go with it.

PC and Tokyomods don't just remove it for the heck of it!
