I was supposed to get my new wr 2 weeks ago. Does anyone know how they come into the USA and if they are behind schedule, or am I not greasing the wheels with enough green stuff? Does anyone know what the invoice is on one of these things?? Happy Thanksgiving to all of you.

I picked my 02 up last weekend. The dealers here in NC have had them for weeks.

I was under the impression that they were assembled here in the us. I know that Yamaha motors has a engine production plant down the road from me in Peachtree City GA. I met a guy who works there and he said that overall production had been cut back because of the economy. I'm still trying to find out exactly what engines they make there, I was told it is a combination sportbike/offroad plant.

Good luck...

Bonzai :)

Hey YAMAKAZE,
Do you know if they use their own boiler heating system, and if they need any boiler operators?

That would be BAD (meaning good) to take out a new
MX bike EVERYDAY on my lunch break, on the local 2 mile long MX track. Do they have a 2 mile long mx track on their property? :)
