Help! I lost instructions for TT decompression plug.

Help.

I lost the instructions for the auto decompression plug from TT. Anyone have a link to them? Also I was wondering if you are supposed to remove the seal that is in there?

No, leave the seal in... or replace it with the new one in the package.

Is the seal the black thing around the plug? It seems a little hard to be a seal.

Also is there a simple way to remove the old one?

The way I did it was use a small self drilling screw into the center of it and take a pair of pliers and give it a pull. Comes out really easy. The screw I used had a quarter inch head on it. Just be really careful when you put the the one in and DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN the small screw on the side, which is 8mm I believe.
