I have an 02 YZ426 and my clutch does not engage until the very end of the lever travel....does this mean that my bike is ready for a clutch kit? I have not had any trouble out of it as far as performance. Or is this normal for this bike? I have not had the side cover off so I don't know how much material is left on the clutch disks. thanks in advance.

if you have tried to adjust the cable and that is the best your needs a clutch. Being and 02 probably has never had one.
