I have an 06 650r with the airbox mods without holes in numberplate drilled out tip I was thinking about cutting off that second to the last disk in the tip I ordered the larger carb insulator I usually ride anywhere from 5000 to 12000 feet and its not usually hotter than 90 I was wondering if anyone has and advice on jetting it

65 - 160 - 3rd clip position - 2.5 turns out

This should get you in the ballpark!

I don't have a 650r, but my 600 likes the needle one clip leaner starting at about 7000 feet. By 10000 feet it really needs it.
