I have a 98 YZ400F and I'm going to get into the suspension so that it is set up for me. I'm 6 foot 220 lb. I have never done any suspension, but I'm sure as hell not scared to try. I have heard that it is not too hard. Can anyone direct me to some helpful tips and tricks about how to go about this. Thanks for your time.

For rear sag, one turn of the adjuster ring is equal to 3 to 5mm of sag depending on your spring - ballpark figures only.
Also check suspension forum, lots there.
