Stock chain size? Stock gearing?

Anyone know what the stock chain size is? 428?

How bout the stock gearing? 15/49?

My 02 WR426 is 14/50 stock gearing. The chain size is a 520, I'm not sure of the length though. The 428 chains are like on XR100 and similar smaller bikes.

I don't know of any conversion. Most larger bike all run 520 chains. I think I recall my chain is DID 520x114 links O-Ring chain. That is what the stock chain is. Are you just replacing yours back to a stock set up?

DID 520VM-114 with 14/50 is what's on mine. Sprockets are stock size. Chain is stock size but upgraded to an x-ring.

We got the DID 520VM-116 stock with 14/50.

I seriously think 114 is too short! You sure of 114?

I'm positive it's a 114. Maybe the 400 had a shorter swingarm than the 450?

The 04 wr450 definitely has a 114 link chain.

I have neither... I'm running a 426. Looking to get more street friendly gearing, so I'm trying to choose a sprocket size
