I have a 99 yz400 that i want to put a big bore kit in. I was wanting to know if i could use an athena yz480 big bore kit and a yz450 or 426 rod to make it work. Or are the 450 and 400 cylinders that much different that that it wouldn't work. Does any body know anything about this?

I know Athena used to make a 444 kit for the 426. I am not sure what they offered for the 400. Thought they will yield more power you will have less overrev.
