Hi guy I just bought a XR650R year 2000 fully stock with the exception of a dualsport kit on it. I am interested in travelling in Central and South america with it and love to do real of road with the bike(Baja,Copper Canyon ,Moab..) , what are the basic but worthit change to do without making it fragile for long day riding and without spending thousands of dollar.

Thanks

Hendi

You want do do what is called "uncorking." Great power improvements for not much cash and no impact to reliability.
