Could be EFI but not validated yet...06 is still a recent release....you will have to wait to December for any 07's..other than that no info

according to TWMX and other sources, the only manufacturer that will have EFI for 07 is honda on the 450. all i know is that if it is honda or yamaha, i am buying it. i want EFI!!!!

Well, a pretty reliable source who is inside Yamaha to a degree stated that it looks like EFI for next year. He didn't say 100%, but it is good enough for me to think it is going to happen. He actually said he'd be surprised if they all didn't have it, but couldn't be confident in Kawi's plans...

The problem with EFI is the battery to power it....right now the weight range is 7-12lbs....that is the problem Houston....

I dont think the battery is going to be needed. Snowmobiles have had batteryless EFI for years.

they cant run EFI right now because it is not on a production bike

I just got my new MXA mag and they said the main problem is the battery but it was just a general Q&A article nothing specific

Remember, that issue is new, but the Japanese Nationals were quite a while ago. It's sounding more and more like it is going to happen...

You're way behind. Read Transworld's article in the newest issue (Got mine yesterday). You'll get a techno briefing on how they are going to do it. Hell, one company is incorporating the kickstarter in to get juice to the system. Crazy...Awesome, but crazy the technology is so damn good...
