This is something I've had in the back of my mind, but never asked about until a friend bought a WR too. While riding one day he asked if I noticed on steep downhills that the bike keeps gaining speed even while riding both brakes down a hill. WOW! it's not just me! Why is this? Is it the way the weight is distributed on these bikes?

Gravity! Sorry, couldn't resist. Do you have the tires locked up with the brakes?
