i've got an 86, i get conflicting info. from piston co. 's i think i should be able to go to a 100 mm bore without re- sleeveing it, 630. i'am thinking about a wiseco kit or xr's only say's they have j&s or ross kit's. what do you think. i'am not sure if i want to go high comp. or not. xr's only has some half way at 10.5:1 i think. thanks. Tim

I'm pretty sure that you can do 100mm without a resleeve. You also should get one of the 100mm head gaskets. Hi compression makes more heat and requires better gas. At 10.5 to 1, I think that you can get by with premium pump gas. Any higher may require race gas ($$$).
