After struggling with a badly bogging bike, I did a much-needed cleaning of the carb, installed a Boysen QuickShot and did the BK mod. The bike is now very 'snappy' and is much nicer to ride.

A while back I took the bike to SoCal, and installed a WR426 stator and flywheel on it and that was when it really started bogging. I eventually put the stock stator/flywheel back on and it made almost no difference. This was good news to me as it meant that wasn't the problem.

Now that the bike is running good, I will reinstall the WR stator setup to keep the street legal setup intact for longer rides.

The quickshot is an accelerator pump cover made by Boyesen.
