06 yellow plastic, what is the holdup?

Does anyone know anybody who has got the Acerbis yellow plastic kits? I just don't understand what the holdup is. ??

I didnt even know that acerbis was going to make them.I called the other day and the person i talked to said they werent going to.I have a feeling the person just had no clue.

Probably be a lot higher. The Acerbis anniversary kit is listed on several sites for $119.00 but all seem to be backordered.

What about graphics for the yellow OEM plastics? What graphic kits would you guys put on there? I may need some new ones for my limited edition one soon, my little cousin poped the tie-down when it was in my truck and put a small hole in the graphics, so I would be interested to see some new ones that would go with yellow.

N-Style makes some stock replica graphics.Acerbis also has some graphics that are a little different from stock.One industries also makes some with some lightning bolts on them as well.I am currently haveing some custom graphics made by MotoGraphx and they are looking great.I will post a pic as soon as I get all my sponsor logos on them.

Also I can post the part numebrs for the OEM stock graphics if anyone wants them.

oem plastics are available for the SE model. I just bought one side shroud graphic for mine, $69.00 yeoww.

Yamaha don't have the 06 Plastics on there site, they have up to 05. How did/Where did you get the 06 Plastics? I would like to get blue.

Take the part numbers I posted above into your dealer and tell them that you want to order these parts and they are OEM Yamaha part numbers.

That's $111, for OEM yellow plastic-excluding the front number plate. The OEM graphics are extremely expensive ($110 just for the shroud graphix). I'd go with One Industries, or another aftermarket for the stickies.

I just might buy blue side plastics, and front and rear fenders (Total: $72.75), then go out and buy a graphic kit.

That way I will have a blue bike, instend of the SE one. Im not missing anything correct? I would keep my plates, so...left and right plastics and front and rear fender...

Yeah, the SE parts are about $10 more than each Blue part. Im going to pick up the parts to make my SE blue if I want and its going to cost me 72 bucks, then buy the 65 dollar graphic kit from Yamaha's site, so total about 150 after shipping and all.
