I know that they are a lot of different exhaust out there and I was wondering which one you think is best and why (Yoshimura, Big Gun, FMF, Pro Circuit, Bills, other). Which is better ? An entire setup including the header or perhaps the stock header with a slip on exhaust.

I had the Thunder alley on mine. I had a complete system that included the header. It was custom made to be shorter than most systems. I still have it in my garage. If you are interested in it, PM me.
