Will I loose much bottom end with a Moriwaki full system?

The quick answer is yes. If your concerned about bottom end, it's probably better to keep the stock headers. However, the Moriwaki is by far the best built system out there for the BRP, is reasonably quiet, and BVH was selling them shipped for $411 last time I checked.
