Hot Cam Install with MCCT?

Forgive the repost, this was a 2nd tier question in the MCCT: When to adjust post.

I am doing the hot cam install this week. I have done the MCCT swap. Do I have to remove the MCCT to do the cam swap or can I just back it out? :confused:

you can just back the adjuster out.
