hey guys.. i am looking to shed some wgt off the front of my bike.. i used the drz400s (w/ plenty of dirty mods) in an enduro, and we did very well..

i'll keep the stocker headlight / tail light for NJ inspection, but i want something sleaker and lighter for enduro's / everyday trail usage..

technically, in an enduro, i can get away w/ just a headlight and tail light..- they don't even have to work ! just be "on" your bike.

but w/ the way NJ rangers are lately (unpredictable), i think i should have "blinkers" of some sort..

Does anyone know what the wgt comparison is b/t

1) stock drz400s headlight w/ blinkers compared to UFO D/S setup ?

2) stock drz400s tail light (god it's ugly) compared to UFO D/S setup ?

And where to get the best price ? is the TT price really the best ?

OH - and for you who have run enduros w/ the above mentioned bike.. i ran a 14/47 gearing on it.. w/ 3x3 and dynojet.. would you go lower on gearing ? the bike had "some" trouble getting over some logs, but i think a lot of it was my inexperience.. cheers..

The head light is easy, just go with the flush mount blinkers from a streetbike, made by K&S or lockhart. The rear section, your better off with the baja designs unit with short stalk blinkers than the UFO set up. Here are some pics.
