I set up my 6x12 to slant load the bikes. I can put 4 bikes in and still have the space in front of the side door for gear ,tools, cooler etc.

Thanks for the info on the floor prep.

I have a haulmark 8.5 x 18 in work. Added 6 inches to the height and a 4 foor wide side door. 5200 lb tortion axles.

I like your chocks; I currently use pingle chocks with motocinch. I would like to go with E track but the motocinch is set up for L track.

Plan on hauling 3 bikes, a Honda quad, and a Can am Maverick (to be purchased this fall).

Thanks for sharing your builds - I will do the same when I receive the trailer.

Rhino lining is heavy number one.  And you can't really clean it because everything settles in the grip and you can't just sweep it out.

I priced out getting the floor of my trailer done by line-x, I was told its $12/sq. ft. So in my little 7x12 trailer it was going to be 1000 for them to spray it in, which I thought was a little too much, so I'm still looking for the next best option, and it would be very hard to clean, unless you could maybe pressure wash it out without getting the walls too wet, not sure though.

Ya line x I heard is a pain to clean and really heavy.  I did a apoxy floor with some sand in the paint for grip and it turned out great.  Laid a coat of primer down and two coats of the apoxy garage paint I got at h one depot.  $90 later and I'm really happy with it.  I live in the northwest and its always raining and so far so good on it holding up and being extra gripy.

I bought and used the bed liner stuff from Walmart. It holds up well too. I added that sand grip you can buy in the paint section to make more traction. Yes, the sweeping out part sucks but I use a shop vac instead. I believe it cost me a total of maybe, $50?

NAPA sells a bedliner kit (came with a spray gun when I looked at it) for $110. You don't have to add the "grit" to it if you don't want to, making it a smooth poly surface. I would think that it would hold up really well like that.

Picked up a 6x12 recently ...one to haul my bikes instead of using hitch hauler and bed of my truck .. and when toy hauler not necessary

Trying to determine what I can install that is functional and not add bunch of weight.

I also want the to have trailer usable for regular hauling also

I have a set of removable wheel chocks I'll be installing ...was looking the recessed ones but not sure about cutting holes in the floor?  lol ...plus really can't remove if u sell down the road.

Thinking of using oil base paint to paint walls n floors ....white for walls - flat black for floor

tie down installed when I purchased the trailer w/ stab jacks out back

what I i want inside for storage....

Place to set / hang helmet to dry,  paper towel holder ,method for storing cleaners - chain lubes- filter sprays , way to securely store a fuel can ( VP )

any inout will be greatly appreciated....

lastly wheres best place to purchase self tapping screws ?
