I heard just taking the baffle out compleatly ,the whole assembly, not just the baffle within a baffle (keeping the guts in the canister) puts the power output on par with the PC Type 496 which puts out around 48 hp. Do you really need more than that ?

On the issue of being to loud, here in South Africa the sport is not regulated in the same way as in the USA so the 94db regulation does not exist. I do agree that some bikes are just to noisy but I want power as well as a good sound...
