I can't get the front brake pad pin to come out of the caliper. It unscrews all of the way but then it does not come out. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks.

Find a small punch and push it out is one option . The brake pads are spring loaded against the pin. If you can push up on the pads it will help.

the anti rattle clip behind the pads hold a small amount of pressure on the pads and pin try press down on the pads then pull the pin
