Has anyone ever stripped there top rear spring bolt (wr450 2005)while adjusting it to Yamahas recommended torque settings (they recommend 56nm)or do you normally just tighten it by pressure because this happened to me and now have to wait 3 weeks for a new bolt from Japan.

Thanks in advance
