I have bought race tech gold valves for my 03 yz450f and having second thoughts about which way to go. Should i remove mid valve or not it doesnt look like the easiest thing to do. Have talked to someone that did it and he said the front end was always diving. I ride mostly woods, hill climbs and the odd hare scramble which i would like to do alot more of. I enjoy this bike alot except in the hare scrambles where the front forks are way too harsh. Anyone installed these valves for this aplication with success and with or without mid valve.I weigh 225 and consider myself an intermediate rider.
