I am curious..What do the numbers in the tire size mean. For example
120/80-19? I know its for a 19 inch wheel but thats it?

120 is the width in mm . 80, means, the hieght is 80% of the width .

That's it. The "width" is, in theory, the width of the tire body, but it isn't usually more than fairly close.
