Does anyone know the standard valve-pads on a Yamaha WR400F 1998.

There is not a standard, each engine is set individually at the factory. The standard is to put the proper shim in for the valve clearance to be within spec. The only way to know what shim you are running currently is to pull it and check the number. If the number can't be read then you need a micrometer. Hope this helps.
