Installed the pumper on my 650r last night. Installed easy and runs great. The one snag I encountered was the little metal elbow / see through fuel line. I had about a foot of the clear see through fuel line left over from the Edelbrock pumper kit I installed on my xr400. I used a small piece of this - works great, 2 less "connections" in the fuel line. Why the metal elbow in the kit? Is it because it is near the exhaust header (I am installing some heat shield header tape on the pipe)?
