It's hard to tell from the pics but can't you drill the rivets out and attach a new tip?

i could get a new tip, yeah. But I still need a new mid-pipe, so I might as well use this as an excuse to upgrade. You cant see it in the picture, but it kinked the mid-pipe right where it attaches to the muffler. its almost completely pinched shut.

Cant tell for sure by looking at the pictures but you may want to budget a new subframe into the parts total as well as you may have tweaked that also.
You should get the new fender first, install it and see if everything lines up, if its good then go big on the new exhaust, if not get a subframe and get that straightened out first and order a used pipe off ebay or something.
Used subframes on ebay are about $100.00 when you can actually win the auction.
