Just finished installing the Big Gun on my DRZ-S. Very cool sound and awesome power!! I rejetted the main to 145, recommened by Big Gun. Also, shimmed the needle up using two washers similar to the one that is already at the top of the needle. I think I may try a 27.5 pilot and 150 main. But so far I love the pipe!! I also installed the Applied top triple clamp with CR-Hi pro tapers. Now everything is perfect!!
Wow, the Big Gun difference!!

Do you know where your Big Gun system was ordered from? I looked on Big Guns website, and the system was 499.00. But they are 350.00 from Rage performance. Know what the difference is?

DRZOOKI - I wish I would have known that earlier. I don't know what the differences are. The only way is to call and compare PN's, I guess. Anyway, I ordered mine through White Brothers for $410.

ROBT:
Do you have the stock sprockets?
If so, are you able to get the front end off the ground in 3rd, with the Big Gun? If not what size sprockets are you running? Just trying to get an Idea of how much it helps.

DRZOOKI - I have a 13 tooth up front and removed a couple links to the chain. I haven't tried a 3rd gear wheelie yet, but the front end sure comes up a lot easier in 2nd (easier than stock)! I'm sure third will be the same.... We'll see. I am still getting used to the new bars also, feels like a differnt bike. It seems a lot easier to 'pull' the bikes front end up with this new set up.
