Just making sure they are the same when I am looking at aftermarket one's to buy on eBay... I was watching one that was listed for a WR426F but noticed it didn't have the dimple for the brake caliper like my stock YZ426F one does.

Which muffler is it? Only the ones that are bigger in diameter are going to have that dimple. My Powercore IV didn't have it but my new White Brothers E-series does. And yes, YZ and WR mufflers all fit the same.
