I am thinking of putting a yz number plate on and then making a bracket out of stainless, then mounting up a set of lazer lights. Has anybody ever scene a wr with a set of lazer lights mounted and will the stock wiring/stator support the amps?

I have seen those on bikes before usually mounted to handle bars some how. The stock stater will put out enough to power about 90watts you may need to rewind your stater to run two.
