How many of u run engine ice?
In the owners manual it said to use a antifreeze with anti-corrosion inhibitors for alum. engines
just making sure engine ice is ok for this motor

Me too. No obvious corrosion inside on teardown that I can see also.

I ride the Orange bikes and I always run engine-ice! It really works great!

I just started running it but i understand it to be made for exactly that purpose. It has corrosion protection and it does lower engine temp.

Engine Ice is good stuff, especially if you ride in the SW or long motos in sand or mud.

I understand its a moto product and a nice guy behind it, but all it is prop glycol. Go to the autoparts store and you can get it a lot cheaper. there is no difference in quality or performance at half the price.

Can you just add it in your radiator if you have regular coolant or do you have to drain it first.

no, u have to drain it it first
drain coolant, flush motor/rad. out with distilled water 2 or 3 times, or until water being drained from motor looses its color, then refill with straight engine ice.
on the cycle logic website it says to add a mixture of water/vinegar to help clean.
