Preparing bike for spring and noticed the neutral switch wire was pulled out of ceramic coating on switch.

Can it be soldered back in?? Repaired?? Or buy new switch??

Thanks guys.

Ditch the neutral switch anyway. It is rev limiter when in neutral, that is all.

Don't worry about it. You can remove the wires and it will be ok. OR....take the switch completely out and replace it with a trick Dr D site glass!
