OK, I need to order my CDI and not sure which to get. I was looking at the Vortex X10 but it's spendy so I was thinking about an XR's only CDI but it sounds like XR's Only is not a very reputable business. SO, I'll defer to the experts here and let them tell me what to get!

Suggestions Please!

..Jay

*edit* I don't have ANY CDI now, so that's why I am asking.

I'm no expert.

What is wrong with the OEM CDI?

What some have done to other bikes, like the XR400, is install the CDI from an XR250. The curve is a bit divverent and the reve limiter kicks in at something like 12,000 rpm.

Well there is likely nothing wrong with the OEM CDI as far as I know. I was just hoping for some input from people who have been there before as to what will work the best.
