So, I've got a line on a cheap 93 KX125. I know it'll need work so I'm looking at graphic kits and plastics. Seems like most stuff is listed for the 94 and up models.     What's the difference between the two and is it possible to upgrade the 93 to 94 style plastics and graphics?

92-93 had the same plastics.  They are a bit bigger than the 94-98 model.  Also, the 94-98 Kx models had a slimmer frame.  I had a 92 KX250...felt tall.  Then I got a 95 Kx250 and it felt slimmer and not as tall.  Both great bikes.
If you goto this web site:
http://membres.lycos...allbikes/kx.htm
It has all the model year KXs from 1991-2000
BTW...you cannot upgrade the 93 to 94-98 plastics...all the plastics are completly different(except for the front fender and front number plate...those you can put on the 06 front fender/number plate with a little modification)
