sorry I know this is a stupid question but. I was putting a new set of handle bars and was wondering how to fix a sticky throttle? thanks in advance.

take the tube off and clean the tube then spray white grease and twist with gas off......should do it for ya.

Also maybe you have the throttle assembly pushed too far onto the bars and tightened too much?

Get the bolts just tight enough to keep the thing on there but not mega tight.

Also is the grip rubbing on the brake master?

Do you have handguards on?
