05 450f Suspension #'s

Going to set the suspension on a friends 05 YZ450F. Anyone know what the magic numbers are, Sag, and raisng the forks in the clamps ( raise forks 4-5mm, 100mm sag )? Thank you

95-105mm sag
7mm spacers in the forks

raising the forks is dependant on the tracks. Play with them

103 mm sag, forks 2.5 mm up in the clamps and make sure you experiment with the high speed compression on the shock until it handles the best. The 7 mm spacers in the forks really help too.
