I assume you mean the number of clicks out etc. on the forks and shock???

I have a 2004 also; When I get the chance to check out the manual, I'll post the settings. Probably someone will post before I can get the manual.

Front and rear. pretty standard on most bikes. I know they have changed through the years a few clicks, but a good starting point is 10/12 on the Kayaba stuff
