I own a uncorked and street legal xr650r. It has the stock header with a fmf powercore IV muffler. Does anyone have any experience with a free flowing header like fmf VS their stock header? Will my top end increase be huge? Will there be a big decrease in low end or mid range power? I ride 50% road and 50% Open feilds with some hills and canyons. Thank you.

From what I read the aftermarket headers are a waste of money...

It will get you very little power increase at low mid and top, the muffler does the trick, not the header, it only makes the bike look cooler!! :applause:
