Clarke, Acerbis or IMS?
I prefer it red...
I don't like the roundish look of the 4.7gal Clarke.
Where to buy online? Does anybody have a used one for sale?

Thanks

Well the problem is that stock is 2.8gal, right?
If I am lucky, I do 80 miles with the stock tank. Adding one extra 1.2 gal would give me around 114 miles...
Acerbis seems to have both a 5 gal and a 6 gal, but it is not clear from their web site if they will fit the L.

Roger that. It surprises me how quickly the 2.8 gal tank goes dry. The Clarke 4.0 is only 1.2 gallons more than stock, and stock doesn't last very long, so it just made more sense for me to get the larger one. I didn't want anything like a Baja tank of 6+ gallons as that is a lot of weight/bulk.

Acerbis, I believe, only had tanks for the L in white, and I wanted red.

I just ordered a 4.7 Clarke as this should give me 4 whole gallons for cruise, and .7 or so for reserve.

I *REALLY* want to get the factory graphics for the tank. Anyone know how/where to obtain the 2006 XRL tank graphics?

I have a Clarke 4.7 and it is great. Just over 200 miles between fill ups.
