Does the new 450 have seperate crankcase and tranny oil (like the honda)or is all one sump?

It's a dry sump, just like it was, sharing the engine oil with the transmission. The difference is that instead of having a separate oil tank or a reservoir in the frame, the "tank" is integrated into the engine, and occupies the space between the actual crankcase and the front motor mounts. It still has two oil pumps and the whole thing, it's just all in the same space.
