I want to be there around 8 but I might be picking up someone so I would say 9 at the latest. I go in off of bear valley rd exit. (coming north 5) Is that the way everyone goes? I think that's the exit. it's bear something, and then turn in by the hay bails.

I'll hit everybody up tomorrow that has replied. Hope a few of you can make it. Jeff Bolt, where you at. Bolt riders????

hey matt.... did you still want to meet at mcdonalds at lake hughes road?
the exit that your talking about is smokey bear road that is one entrence to gorman the other is at the gorman off ramp go left under freeway make a right at mcdonalds and enter about 1/4 mile( give or take) on the left

snowboard..... you have to have a spark arrestor they have been checking them at the gate.... no sparky no enter!

Matt,

I'd love to join you, but Saturday is my only day to ride. Sunday is family day.......

snowboardstylee,
do not even think about going there w/out a SA. The fine is huge ($500+), the rangers are plentiful and its just not a good idea to ride the dry foothills without one.

This will be my last ride for a while, so I plan on covering every inch of that place.

Hey drive, how much further is the gorman exit? are you coming from the north side or south side? Give me a call, so we can schedule.

I agree for the threat of a fine that it's a good idea to have a SA.
But really, has there ever been a documented case of a fire started by a sparks from the exhaust of a modern motorcycle?

This Sunday will be the maiden voyage of my new CRF450X, but I'll probably do it in a safer area (fewer people)...Unless you're doing the Snowy loop...

I have been calling every place around to find who has the SA end cap for my FMF in stock. i found a guy in long beach but he wont be there today. ^$&(**($
calling all shops calling all shops.. be on the look out for a SA end cap for a FMF factory 4 muffler...... 50 damn bucks also.

yeah i know all about the gate nazis at gorman. checking stickers registration spark arresters, **** they might as well check and adjust my sag while there there.
makes me wanna shoot them in the face with a paintball gun.

OK ive called everyone within 100 miles.
and noone stocks the FMF SA end cap.
they all have crappy sparky's and even crappier and more expensive Pro moto billet spark arrestor end caps that are like 100 bucks.

well maybe some other time fella's after i go spend 44 bucks and order the SA end cap for my FMF exhaust. maybe ill just drive out to cal city .

Okay here's the deal guys, Can I get a confirmation on who's going.

I am going to be in the mcdonalds parking lot at 8 am sharp. I haven't been to that exit yet, but I will find it.

So I just want to make sure I'm not driving a hour and a half to ride alone, I don't like to in case something happens. So If I can get one confirmation that someone is going for sure then I will be at mcdonalds at 8 am.

I have a 04 gray F350 4x4 that says Hoss on the front fenders you can't miss me.

So give me a head count.

P.S slagers, yeah if you come and show me where the forest is, we'll ride it, so get your bike together.

1)Matt (Hoss)
2)KIETH (DIRT SKILLS)
3)JASON (SNOWBOARDSTYLEE)

SEE YOU GUYS TOMORROW AT 8
